Where to buy full Body Halo Armor?

Well my younger brother is a huge well beyond huge Halo fan. He saw a halo reach video that included this Halo armor and almost died over it. So my family and I are going to buy him a really cool one of a kind full body armor. To be worn or put on display. But there lies the problem. I have no idea where to look for someone or company to do it. Does anyone know if there is a site where they could make a good quality Halo armor?
