Question about toms sizing etc?

umm so i went to the store and tried on toms 8.5 they fit me a exactly perfect but the teenyest bit small. but whatever they will stretch. but they werent the color i wanted (love is the new black in black. NOT NAVY) and so im going to get them off the internet but the site only has size 8 or 9. no in between :( which size do you think i should get?
