I Need Help i think i have cashed a stolen check as a scam?

my name is dana i recently received a check via fedex over night for the amount of $2,300 it was a personal check from out of state from some ones name im not familiar with But i do have family out of state that i thought maybe had deceased and that was part of a will or anything. so stupidly i cashed it. i did however call that bank that's name was on it and confirmed it was a real account. today i checked my e-mail and a woman was wanting to buy avon from me that i have fallen out of contact with via e-mail and when i opened her messages to day they were saying she would send a check for over the amount and i needed to western union it to another person. so i am now very afraid i have fallen into a scam and i don't know what to do. The woman is saying she is def and is unable to talk via phone.
