Why i feel itchy and dry using my contact lens now?

I've been wearing contact lenses for 6 years now.however, recently, i felt very dry and itchy using contact lenses. I've tried changing the brand of my lenses, in case it is because i don't suit the brand, but still not working.why am i experience these now?
