Leaving for Cancun in next week, what kind of weather to expect?

We've been to Cancun numerous times in the past 2 years, each time during a different month. We've experienced extreme weather in both directions (from 100+ all the way down to 65 during the day time hours). We were originally planning to leave in March (when we know the weather is perfect) but have had to change our plans this past week because of a scheduling conflict. We are concerned about the weather (because of our experience last winter with the 65 degree temps). We are taking out children this trip and want to make sure that they will be able to enjoy the beach, the sun, and everything else we know that Cancun has to offer. We can't possibly accomplish that with weather in the sixties! Can anyone tell us what the next two weeks are looking like in Cancun? And what we should expect. I've pulled up the weather forecasts for the area but they are never right! Thanks in advance.
