PLEASE HELP!! ITS VERY IMPORTANT....?

hi everyone:) so here is my story i have a family its my dad,mom, twin sister and me were 17 years old, and a younger brother. we are very close most of the time, but latley i feel like our family feels... kind of depressed i think its because of the house we live in. we lived here for about 5 yrs it was good but if we look at today its not swell the reason why is because its a crappy apartment that is way to small for my family there is 3 rooms and a bathroom, its very hard to function, we live above a pizzeria which is terrible cause you can here everything from down there also we had bedbugs, cotchroches, and ants, were very clean and organize but downstairs in the resturants their pigs thats probably were we got it, my mom told the landlord about it and he said he would get help, but its been like 6 months and nothing, i think hes taking advantage of us because he thinks cause we dont have much money that we need this house... which we do kind of the apartment comes with all the utilities paid for except electric. my mom is the only one working she doesnt have much of a jobs she gets paid as a dishwasher person at a resturant, she pays the house for 1,200. but seriously is this even worth it. all this crap. i found this amazing house for rent which included all utlities except garbage and has 2 bath, and 4bedrooms, diningroom, livingroom, kitchen, office, which is perfect for us, for 2,550. i know its more money but i feel this is perfect for us me,my sister, and my dad, could get jobs to help pay for this house! my question is do u think this is a good transittion or no, i havent asked my mom about this house cause i feel like she will say no... what do you guys think? please help thnks all of you for your help!!!!
