you are exactly right, he's not ready for a relationship at all, he probably does love u, but he finds it hard to be with you because your not putting out, so im guessing thats where the other girl comes in considering shes a h**, men actually think with the wrong head most of the time... his heart is telling him he loves u but his head is telling him he needs some.... SMH, DAMN MEN !!! I dont think you should put up with this any longer, find some one who respects your decisions and loves you for who you are. STAY STRONG GIRL !
