Guys, just how many flaws can you overlook?

I know guys say they can overlook a physical flaw in a girl if they are good friends and like their personality, but to what extent? If they had acne and super crooked front teeth, would it be too much? My friend is concerned. She has moderate acne and bad front teeth, but the PERFECT eyes and lips. She isn't overweight. What would you say to her?
