Can someone help me on RED EYES?

My eyes are ALWAYS red. I have use Visine and Clear Eyes but all it does is make the redness go away for about 30 min and my eyes turn red again! And they hurt a lot too, every time I blink it burns. I wear contacts also. Can someone help me???
