Air Force E3 6 year commitment?

That's a long time. you should find out about your advancement rate before you choose a job. If you don't advance quick enough then your question isn't what you should be worried about. Ps don't ask your recruiter about how fast you'll advance he'll just lie. And make sure your E3 rank is in writing before you sign any papers.
